the WISE team

  • Ali Alhadeff, MSW, WISE co-founder

Ali Alhadeff (she/her) holds a certificate in Sexuality Education from Antioch University and has a decade of experience facilitating dialogue and engaging in education and social work in Seattle schools. She attained an MSW from the University of Washington and has done extensive equity and facilitation training with the Center for Equity and Inclusion. This foundational skill set supports community sharing and learning in a way that honors where each individual is in the room. Ali balances holding space for where individuals are while pushing them to think critically about how they learned what they did and where they want to go next in their journey of growing and becoming. Intentionality plays a significant role in how Ali builds relationships, curriculum, and engages in the work of expanding the conversation around sexuality on individual and systemic levels.
